Magic Touch Catering is owned and managed by Executive Chef Raul Carbajal and his wife Juana. It is a family-owned business.
Prior to opening his own catering business, Raul worked for the Arizona Club for 18 years, where he held the position of Executive Chef. Raul designed and planned banquets for local residents such as Senator John McCain and Governor Hall, celebrities like Tommy LaSorda and the Phoenix Suns among others.
So you see, Executive Chef Raul has a lot of experience at organizing and creating elegant banquets. Whether it's for 10 or 600 guests, he gives it the same attention. You see, catering is not a job for him, it is a way of expressing himself. Just like an artist, he likes to create beautiful and wonderful banquets that will remain in all of your guest's minds forever. Like our name says, he puts that "Magic Touch" on all his creations!
